The Pre-K Punch was born as preschool parents and friends interested in homeschooling often asked for guidance in teaching their kids. The Punch is written from one mom to another, keeping everyday life, language and humor in play. It is not meant to feel like a text book. I am a veteran preschool teacher and mother of three kids whom I homeschooled for seven years. I gleaned the best from several reading programs, and created successful strategies for classroom teaching and homeschooling. "The Punch" is becoming my pride and joy as I share all I have acquired in hopes to equip, empower and guide parents as they guide their children into reading and academic success.
